Profade Apparel offers a comprehensive list of services. We will either design complete collections or work with your design team to add to your existing products.
Our services include product development and design, graphic design, tech packs, sourcing, fit comments, and grading. Throughout the manufacturing process we take care of all communications with mills and factories as well as the quality control process.
Once the product is complete, we handle the logistics for shipping and delivery as well as warehousing. In addition, will organize photo shoots, create look book catalogs and assist in website development.
Services
Profade Apparel creates designs and/or full collections based on the initial meeting with our clients. We help our clients turn concepts into reality. We incorporate current research on new trends in the industry to include color palettes, fabrics, high tech yarns and production techniques.
When designing our sock collections for example, we may include key items or concepts of best sellers from previous seasons, novelties for target events, age specific apparel, or items based on team colors. We incorporate a variety of sock heights, compression socks, different cuts, shapes, yarns, thicknesses and needle counts. Most importantly, we create a look that is unique to your brand.
Our graphic designers create artwork from your concepts as well as resize it to fit the item. What may look good on a CAD may not necessarily translate into a cost effective or functional final product. We will make sure that the design makes sense for a successful production.
At Profade Apparel, we turn your idea into a finished product. There are several steps to this process that include, but are not limited to, the following: Target a market; plan a collection and delivery calendar; research trends; sketch CADs and graphics; create tech packs, trimmings and labels; adjust specs and construction; test colors and materials for wash and wear.
We can either work together with your established team of designers with existing tech packs or create the complete tech packs based on approved designs.
We manage the complete production which includes: development of prototypes, first samples, salesman samples, lab dips, and pre-production samples; quality control of production and top of production; developing branded trims and packaging; utilizing efficient packing and marking methods.
The Profade Apparel China Office manages production in over 40 factories manufacturing dresses, jumpers, skirts, pants, shorts, shirts, seamless garments, cut & sew knits & wovens, fully fashion knits, hosiery, tights, socks, shapewear, scarves, bags, blankets, towels and sheets.
We use state of the art equipment and maintain a constant presence in our factories to guarantee the highest quality products. We inspect our factories to ensure a safe and acceptable working environment. Our factories have the appropriate certifications including: WRAP, INTERTEK, SGS, and UL. See all certifications.

Branding, labeling, and packaging are crucial elements that help to create a strong and recognizable brand identity, provide important product information, and enhance the overall image of your new brand.
Efficient and reliable order fulfillment is essential to our business. We work with 2 top-notch 3PL providers in 9 locations in California, Nevada, Texas, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Jersey and Florida, to ensure our customers receive their orders on time. Our 3PL providers can work with EDI or manually when needed.
Our Team navigates the entire shipping and warehousing process. We handle the freight from the factory to the final destination worldwide and insure the product during transit. Shipping is included in the landed duty paid pricing. There is an additional cost for warehousing and storage of product if you choose not to receive your order as a bulk shipment.
We keep our clients informed of every step in the shipping and delivery process. You will receive notification of the following: date of shipping, arrival, clearance in customs, and availability for pick up from port of entrance. We will make an appointment with your receiving department to coordinate the final delivery. We also have the capacity to store items in our warehouse and ship on a weekly or monthly basis.
